Common questions about vacating your storage unit
I have vacated my unit. When do I receive my £100 deposit refund?
- We aim to refund your £100 deposit within 7 working days after you vacate your unit and submit the vacate form above. This allows us time to collect the keys and inspect the unit. For the refund to be processed, the payment must be issued to an account that matches the name on the rental contract.
Can I leave rubbish on-site?
- You cannot leave rubbish on-site or in the container. Customers are responsible for removing and disposing of their own rubbish. If needed, a skip can be arranged and must be agreed upon with us in advance, please contact us for advice.
- Please note that CCTV is in operation, and any customer found leaving rubbish on-site will face a minimum penalty charge of £100.
I have lost my key and fob. What should I do?
- If you require access to your unit, we can provide a replacement key fob. We do not keep spare unit keys, your existing lock will need to be removed and replaced for £150, including VAT.
