We rent guaranteed quality Document Storage units at low prices at our convenient locations in West Bromwich and Aldridge/ Walsall. See storage prices and unit sizes and location maps. This is very economic archiving with you in control and will save you valuable office space. It can cost you from as little as 1.5p per standard archive box per day.


Our clean, dry and secure document storage units are 37.5, 75,150 and 300 square feet and, depending on shelving arrangements, can accommodate in excess of 75, 150, 300 or 600 standard size archive boxes. See storage prices and unit sizes for internal dimensions. We will provide the shelving, if you require, at a small extra charge, or use your own filing cabinets. Please ask for details.


Car or van access is direct to your storage unit door to deliver or collect your documents so there is no double handling on and off trolleys, and no lifts or corridors to negotiate.


We supply high security locks with our document storage units and you are the only key holder to your own individual document storage unit so confidentiality is assured. You can visit your unit free of charge, as often as you need to deliver, collect or check your documents 365 days per year, from 4.30 am to 9.30 pm at our West Bromwich facility or to 11.00 pm at our Aldridge facility.

Our West Midlands facilities are very secure with monitored gate access using individual swipe cards to access our secure storage compounds, with individually locked steel self storage units with 24 hour monitored CCTV and emergency response.


You are usually able to rent our document storage units immediately, subject to individual shelving requirements, following the completion of our simple Rental Agreement at our reception offices, but please phone to check availability. Discounts are available for long term rental. See storage prices and unit sizes. We can arrange insurance.

Come and inspect our West Midlands facilities, with no obligation, during our reception office hours at each facility between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm weekdays and 8.00 am to 11.30 am Saturdays.
