• Moisture trap refills with weekly monitoring service.

• Fork truck hire, including experienced driver (not always available at West Bromwich).
• Insurance for goods in store

• Minimum rental period of one week.
• Rentals payable in advance by cheque, credit card, standing order or cash following the first payment.
• A deposit of £100 may be required.
• Storage unit rent is VAT free. All additional services are subject to VAT.
• Storage units are rented subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of a Licence to Store Goods.

• Access to your storage unit 4:30am to 11:00pm, 365 days a year at Alridge
• Access to your storage unit 4:30am to 9:30pm 365 days a year at West Bromwich
• Reception Office hours Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5:30pm Saturday 8:00 am to 11:30am, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years Eve afternoons, closed.

How to book a storage room

1. Phone us or call in to view and discuss the size of storage room you need.
2. Call in to book the storage room and sign our easy rental agreement.
3. When signing the rental agreement you will need to show us two forms of ID:
   Driving license (with photograph) or passport.
   Recent utility bill (not mobile phone bill).
4. Your first payment must be by debit/credit card or cheque.
5. We will give you your storage room keys and your access swipe card.
6. You have immediate access to your individual storage room.
